The Herald Sun is running a 14 Week training program in every Monday's Health & Fitness section in the lead up to the Royal Childrens Hospital Fun Run on April 9.
The program has been written up by Marathon Man and Race Director as well as running legend Steve Monaghetti. It will help runners prepare for the big day and will give professional advice for the race.
The 14.7km course will take in Melbourne sights including the Bolte Bridge and Domain Tunnel, Rod Laver Arena and birrarung Marr, Fed Square, Flinders St Station, Melb Town Hall & Vic Market before finishing in the parkland behind the Royal Childrens Hospital.
