Nivea Skin Firming Cream

I was actually looking for the Dove skin firm range at the supermarket when I saw the Nivea one. It comes with a massage head which sold me straight away - I love massage type stuff.

You use the cream in the shower like a shower gel. The bottle has the massage head attached, it's covered in little nodules and you can adjust it for a soft or hard massage. The cream squirts out through the head when you squeeze the bottle but I found this didn't work very well and I wasted a lot of it so I squeezed it onto my hand first.

The massager works really well and is great after a workout. It really soothes those aching muscles.

The skin firming cream feels great on your skin but I can't vouch for any skin firming properties - I've yet to notice a difference. The only thing I didn't like about it was the smell. It's not a bad smell, just not as nice as it could be.

The skin firming cream with the massage head was about $10 and you can buy refills for around $5.

Thanks for that - have been thinking about those skin firming things and while I don't know that they actually work, I would like the massage thing to try out. Will have to go and buy it now and let you know what I thought - or maybe I should by the Dove one and we can compare ?????
Cheers and have a great day !

It'd be even better if I could talk the man into doing the massage!

OoOO I was in the shops the other day weighing up if I wanted the firming or to get just normal moisturizer since it's summer...

I opted for the normal since I got twice as much and it's on sale heh. I'm not too sure about the "firming" qualities of cream.. I will be waiting patiently to see if you have results :D
